Acro dance is a dance style that combines elements of acrobatics alongside dance. In our acro classes we focus on flexibility, strength, control to perform tricks safely, tumbling and balances. Each class will begin with a warm up to target the different body parts that will be used throughout the class and time will be spent working on and towards a variety of balances/tricks. We aim to start with rolls, leaps and cartwheels and progress on to more advanced skills when the individual student are ready to.
